Word of mouth is one of the marketing strategies that has long been used and is still effectively applied today. It is actually interesting. Review as a feedback from consumer can be a powerful tools to make others look up into our brand, product, and some of it. The excitement of someone most of the time cannot be hidden. It is just such a statement when its liked, its truly liked. When we get information, our brain releases dopamine and other feel-good neurotransmitters that can make us more likely to remember and act on it.

That means their decisions based on recommendations, either it from friends, influencer, family, etc. According to a Nielsen survey, 92% of people trust their purchasing decisions to recommendations given by those closest to them.
