How to be Physically Healthy by Food?

A healthy body certainly does not necessarily exist without efforts to maintain it. Starting from check-up, adjusting diet, recognizing the signs given by the body, getting enough rest, moving enough, and as are some of the efforts. An indication of a healthy body is both spiritually and physically. Spiritually, it is usually related to peace of mind and heart through spiritual activities or meditation. While physically, it generally requires us to move, avoid harmful habits, and nourish ourselves with adequate nutrition. According to The World Health Organization (WHO), health can be known as a state of physical, mental, and social well-being completely.

We may be familiar with the slogan of the Indonesian healthy diet since the 1950s, namely 4 sehat 5 sempurna, or its enhanced version, the Balanced Nutrition Guidelines (PGS). People also often associate the term healthy with dieting or an agenda of reducing certain levels of intake or at all. In fact, there are tons of tips to apply. However, these tips are applied according to the suitability of the body. One human body with another usually has different abilities. There is a condition where a person’s body has its own uniqueness that requires it to process not like usual.
