Such circumstances take time for us to adapt to. The process often drains our energy. This is why it is important to learn and practice healthy reactions so as not to make things worse. We have a solution for that situation.
Circumstances beyond our control cannot be paused or even stopped in a short time. However, the effects can be long-term. So, self-healing can be a solution to situations that have already occurred. Self-healing can be an alternative to refresh your mind, so that you can develop a wiser treatment plan.
